Now Hiring: In-Office Receptionist (Insurance Agency) Tequesta Location

We are looking for a friendly, reliable in-person receptionist to be the first point of contact for our busy insurance office.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Answering incoming calls and transferring to the appropriate team member
• Greeting clients in person with a warm, professional attitude
• Managing basic front-desk tasks and keeping the office running smoothly

Ideal candidate:
• Professional, personable, and dependable
• Comfortable on the phone and with basic office systems
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Position details:
• In-office only (not remote)
• Full-time / Part-time
• Located in Tequesta
