We now cover 3898 ETPs. There are over 5500 ETPs in the marketplace. We have a ways to go. The file containing the ETF holdings lists is currently 1,143.567 lines long. The maximum number of rows in Excel is 1,048,576. In other words, you cant’ open the full file in Excel. The full file is still needed for importing into databases, but you can’t look at it in Excel? Too many times that just doesn’t work. So we’re adding files for download as follows:

• ConstituentData42-1.csv
• ConstituentData42-2.csv

Same data as the full file, but in two parts each fully openable in Excel. The full file will continue as always (no change in structure or location).

The additions include 5 US indexes, 1 global index, 6 commodity based ETFs, 3 crypto based ETFs, 82 global equity ETFs, 62 derivative based ETFs, 73 US equity based ETFs, 85 US fixed income, 45 US option based ETFs, and 14 global fixed-income ETFs.

We now cover 3373 ETPs and 122 US and global indexes. ETNs do

not have constituents, but they are included in several other reports.

Every Spring it seems like ETP providers decide to “update” their website reports. So last year wasn’t right? But this year we’ll get it right, right? In any event, this sort of thing keeps you busy. I believe things are settling down now. With the season of change more or less behind us, I will again focus on including the Bloomberg Identifier (FIGIs) for all constituents. We already accomplished a pretty thorough start toward the end of last year.
246 additional ETFs are now added to our ETP coverage. This includes 5 Crypto Based ETFs, 14 Derivative Based ETFs, 55 Equity ETFs, and 26 US and global fixed-income ETFs.
We now cover 3124 ETPs and 121 US and global indexes.
