When we started Akras in 2017, our team never would have thought we could partner on a $50M+ deal impacting affordable housing across the country.... fast forward 5 years, and these types of challenges are a privilege and the FUEL for our lives and the communities we serve!

We're proud to announce we've sold The Bentley, Orlando! Over three years ago our team acquired our largest asset yet in partnership. Now we've gone full cycle, sold and met our target performance for our investors. We also added $13M in value to the asset and took care of thousands of residents who badly needed affordable housing through the COVID-19 Crisis.

We’re excited to share that Akras Capital has closed on the Aspire Portfolio in Phoenix!

This 49-unit portfolio was created by combining two assets in the core metro. This value-add project will greatly improve the interior and exterior look and feel of these solid apartment complexes, benefiting the new and existing tenants. It will also generate strong returns with great potential upside for its investors.
