This week we here at Neighborhood Mortgage Group had a week. Some see that and think oh man… Not us it was a great week. Two very fun closings for us.

One 19 acres with nice house in the property. At first view this seemed like a pretty easy transaction. Then we got the title report and the property had a lease for some farm like items on the property. Well 6 lenders reviewed the title and said sorry. Luckily we broker to a lot of different lenders and we found one who said let’s do it!! Congrats to our clients who were able to do cash out refinance to replace the funds they used to remodel the home as they moved it.

Second one we set records with. In chatting with the escrow company on this one after it closed. We offically won the most payoffs on a clients purchase ever. Think it landed at 42. These wonderful people fell on hard times due to some medical things. We were able to help them payoff the past and start a new future. This one would have been a no for many lenders due to credit scores.

Why tell these story’s because both of theses scenarios would have been told no by multiple lenders. Neighborhood Mortgage Group has the ability to take a case and speak to many lenders at once about it and find the right fit for any scenario. Having almost 20 years of lending experience myself allows me to know as well yep there is a deal here we just need to find the right home for it.

So happy to be able to tell both these great clients YES and see them smiling at the closing table this week!!
