Uncle.Minh Making fatherhood fun and simple To be successful in life, you need to understand what it's like to fail. There is no way around it. I've won and I've lost.

How you handle that failure and how quickly you are able to move on from it will define your character and your future. I have been in the mortgage industry since 2003 and trust me, I have had many good days, as well as, many bad days. But year after year, I have learned how to minimize failure and maximize my success. I have trained over 100 loan officers and shared with them the tools for success which I have learned through trial and error. My goal for creating this page is to share some of that knowledge with you. To help educate, empower, and inform you on how mortgages work and how to survive and thrive in the mortgage industry, so you can build a successful career as well.

There are 3 enemies when it comes to making money:

1️⃣ YOURSELF

If you don't believe in yourself, then you're not willing to take risks! When it comes to making money, you're going to need to take some risks in life.

2️⃣ INFLATION

As time progresses, you will need to watch for inflation. Where ever you decide to save your money, make sure your money is outpacing inflation.

3️⃣ TAXATION

Remember, whatever you make, the government is going to want a piece. You want to make sure you minimize your taxation.

It’s crazy how the education system is changing. We’re not competing against other people, we’re competing against the government, inflation and technology! As a society we need to wake up and stop being REACTIVE and start being PROACTIVE towards teaching our children financial literacy. We’re evolving at a pace that devours dreams where ambitions and happiness are left in the dust in terms of success! When it comes to educating our kids, it’s important to teach financial planning as a foundation so that the information is already embedded and they can focus on achieving goals, ambitions and happiness.👨‍🏫🍎
