Love getting same day turn-times on the underwriting of a new mortgage loan. Way to get this Wednesday started for sure.

Heard a staggering statistic this morning also and thought i would share. Out of the 319k loan officers (closed at least 1 loans) in the USA, only 123k has closed a mortgage loan in the last 90 days. 2023 was a tough year for many of us in this business. Glad to have made it through 2023 while ranking in the top 25% of loan officers and looking forward to growing in 2024 and getting into the top 15% of originators.

If anyone has the statistics for Realtors, please share below. I know it was a hard year for you all too. I would be interested in seeing those numbers.
