Giving back has been a priority for me since starting my own business. Over the years I have held board member positions for great organizations however I am super exited to have recently joined Foothills Club of Tucson to further the ways I can give back to our community.

The alignment of supporting entities that provide critical resources, tools, trainings and support for the youth in our community mean a lot to me.

Love when a tough loan comes together, especially when my client was turned down before we connected.

Story time: Recently I became licensed in Illinois & Indiana to help a badass realtor name Sarah Cullina who is crushing it!

Her client came to me stating he couldn't get approved for a decent amount to buy a house on Chicago's southside. The challenge was he is a union worker with just under 2 years of work.

Insert loan officer magic by yours truly gets us here today. Closed on this first home, with a 3 week closing to ensure he had a home to bring his new baby to.

Not all deals are as smooth as we want them to be but if we slow down, we can learn for future transactions.

Cheers to a new friend and homeowner!

This week I closed my 400th real estate transaction, and I had to take a moment to say thank you.

When I first got into real estate, I never imagined the number would grow like this. Each home represents a story… first-time buyers, families upgrading, people relocating to Tucson, investors taking a leap, and sellers starting a new chapter.

The best part about hitting this milestone is realizing that every one of these transactions came from people who trusted me to help guide them through a big decision. That means a lot.
