🏡 Think buying your first home is out of reach? You might be surprised.

One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is, “I need a big down payment before I can buy a home.”

For some qualified first-time homebuyers, that simply isn’t the case. You may be able to purchase a home with 0% down.

If you have a credit score of 675 or higher, let’s find out what’s possible. We’ll talk through your goals, your budget, and your financing options to build a game plan that’s right for you.

*Condos are eligible!

You may be closer to homeownership than you think.

Every first-time homebuyer starts in the same place… with questions.

Can we really afford this?
How much do we need for a down payment?
What happens next?

By closing day, those questions become keys, smiles, and a view they’ll never forget.

Congratulations to these two on your beautiful new home! Thank you for trusting me to help guide you through your first home purchase.🏡

If buying your first home is on your radar, I’d be happy to help you build a game plan and answer your questions.

One year ago, I joined OnPoint Community Credit Union, and I can honestly say it has been one of the best decisions of my career.

After more than 25 years in mortgage lending, I know how important it is to work for an organization that puts people first. That's exactly what I've found at OnPoint. Great rates, low fees, an incredibly efficient process, and a team that truly cares about helping members achieve their goals.

What has made this year especially rewarding is the people I've been able to help.

One of my favorite success stories involved a 21-year-old and a 25-year-old who were living at home and dreaming of homeownership. Together, we helped them purchase their first home using 100% financing with less than $1,000 out of pocket.

I've also had the privilege of helping recent college graduates purchase their first homes and assisting more than 20 first-time homebuyers this past year. Many were between the ages of 25 and 35, proving that homeownership can still be achievable with the right guidance and financing options.

Whether you're buying your first home, moving up, refinancing, or simply exploring your options, I would be happy to answer questions and help you create a plan.

Thank you to my clients, referral partners, friends, and family for your support during my first year at OnPoint. I'm excited for what's ahead.

💡 Are you torn between buying a home now or waiting for rates to come down?

Here’s something to think about– Expert forecasts show home prices will keep rising for at least the next 5 years. So, waiting means the price of a home will be higher. But if you buy now, you’re setting yourself up to benefit as prices rise.

✔️ Never hesitate to reach out with any questions or financial plans you may have!

Big news in the world of interest rates! The Bank of England just made its first rate cut of 2025, a move to boost their sluggish economy. Could this be a sign of what’s to come in the U.S.?

Lower rates mean better borrowing opportunities, whether you’re looking to buy, refinance, or tap into home equity. If the Fed follows suit, it could be a game-changer for homeowners and buyers alike.

I’m keeping a close eye on the market—if you have questions, let’s chat!

The Bank of England made its first interest rate cut of 2025 on Thursday amid ongoing concerns over sluggish growth in the British economy.
