A few facts about Arizona surplus funds that most people don't know:
— When a home sells at a trustee's sale for more than the outstanding debt, the surplus belongs to the former homeowner under A.R.S. 33-812.
— Those funds are held by Maricopa County Superior Court — not automatically returned to you.
— There are statutory deadlines. Waiting too long can forfeit your right to the money entirely.
— Our fee is a flat $2,500. We advance all costs. You pay nothing until funds are recovered.
If your home was sold at a trustee's sale in the last several years, we'll research your property at no charge and tell you exactly what you may be owed.
