Got your property tax bill in the mail and wondering if you need to pay it?
Don't panic! 😊 If you have an escrow account, your property taxes are typically paid from that account, but you'll still receive a bill each year. It's similar to your homeowners insurance renewal!
If this is your first year owning a home, I know it can be a little confusing.
Here's what to remember:
✔️ Receiving a property tax bill is normal.
✔️ If you have escrow, check your bill and confirm how it's being handled before making a separate payment.
✔️ If you don't have escrow, you may be responsible for paying the bill directly.
