Twenty-seven years ago, at only 19 years old, I was blessed with the greatest gift of my life, you.
I cannot fully express my gratitude to God for bringing you into my life. Before you were born, the future was uncertain, my purpose was undefined, and loneliness was my constant companion. But with your arrival came responsibility, determination, and an overwhelming desire to become a better person—to give you love, to set a good example, and to build a strong foundation. Looking back now, I know that God was using every step of our journey for His purpose.
Although I didn’t understand it then, He was always there, shaping our lives and guiding us day by day until His plan became clear. By His mercy, He made us into who we are today.
Despite every struggle and obstacle we faced, you were the most beautiful gift God could have given me. Becoming your mother challenged me to grow, to rise above every circumstance, and to become your protector, your provider, and your biggest supporter.
I cannot put into words how proud I am to be your mother. Watching you embrace life and make it your own fills my heart with joy. Your love for God, your love for your country, your dedication to your church, your love for your family, your resilience, and your incredible work ethic remind me that every sacrifice was worth it.
God has provided for us and sustained us through every adversity. Against all odds, He has taken us from what could have been another statistic and transformed our lives into a testimony of His grace and a contribution to society.
Your pain is my pain.
Your concerns are my concerns.
Your success is my success.
I cannot wait to see everything God has prepared for your future, and I thank Him for giving me the blessing of walking beside you as you fulfill His purpose for your life.
I love you more than words can ever express. May God continue to fill your life with His love, good health, grace, wisdom, favor, and many more years of life. May He guide every step you take and continue to use you for His glory.
Happy 27th Birthday, my daughter.
In the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
