So our assistant manager Audrey thought we were closed today (we technically are, but had to finish a repair) so she is napping in the shop 💤💤💤

🔧 A Little Update from Lokatos Truck and Diesel! 🔧

As a small, family-owned business, we’ve always worked hard to provide quality repairs at fair and affordable prices. We know vehicle repairs aren’t cheap, and the last thing anyone wants is another expense.

However, with the rising costs of parts, equipment, shop supplies, and just about everything else, we’ve made the decision to adjust our labor rates effective October 1, 2026.

We aren’t a big dealership or a corporate repair chain. It’s just Brian and Jessica working hard to keep your vehicles on the road while keeping our business running. We take pride in being honest, treating our customers fairly, and never recommending repairs you don’t actually need.

A few things to keep in mind: 🔧 All unexpired estimates will be honored at our previous labor rates.

🔧 Labor for customer-supplied parts will remain at $150 per hour.

🔧 We will continue providing the same quality workmanship and personal service you’ve come to expect.

We truly appreciate everyone who has supported our little shop, recommended us to friends and family, or trusted us with their vehicles. You are the reason we’re able to keep doing what we love! ❤️

🐾 EXTRA! EXTRA! RUSTY MADE THE COVER! 📰🔧

Apparently, Rusty heard we were making an advertisement for Lokatos Truck and Diesel and decided he needed to be the face of the company. 😂

Brian does the repairs. Jessica runs the business. And Rusty? Well, he lies around looking important and takes credit for everyone else’s hard work.

His qualifications include: 🐾 Zero mechanical experience. 🔧 Absolutely no idea what a torque wrench is. 💤 Sleeping on the job. 🦴 Demanding treats for services he never performed. 📸 Somehow becoming the star of our advertisement.

We asked him to help with an oil change, but apparently that’s beneath his pay grade. 🙄

Luckily, the humans at Lokatos Truck and Diesel actually know what they’re doing!
