DON'T do anything that will affect your credit. Adding a new credit line of any kind can affect how much home you qualify for!!! So no new cars or future until you have those keys in hand.

Fannie Mae is adapting the current multi family, owner occupied 2-3-and 4-unit homes from 15% down to 5%! The policy change applies to standard purchases, no-cash-out refinances.
