Many traders are familiar with reading tape but it’s important to understand different flow types to truly understanding flow . . .
Block orders are what can really pump a stock quickly (on both ends), while splits / sweeps can slowly pump a stock over time. Most flow algorithms do NOT take into account multiple exchanges, meaning most flow apps / calculators are immaculate.
