For those who couldn’t make it on a weekday… Cooking Class #101 is being offered tomorrow afternoon Saturday Aug. 8th 3:30PM -5:30PM.

1st Class -Biscuits, chocolate gravy, traditional gravy. $20 per person, pre-paid at the store to reserve space.

Class will be held at TN Premium Beef/Angeline & Ernest Deli 133 Munford Ave. Munford
Adults Only, Class Size Maximum 6. Due to limited space, only class participants may attend.

Class details: We will begin class with making the two gravies. This portion of the class is instructive only. We will then begin the hands on biscuit making. You will receive your own biscuit cutter to take home as well as biscuits dough cut and ready to bake. Ingredients are provided. You will need to bring a medium mixing bowl, a baking sheet and an apron.

Our 1st Cooking Class was today and it was a fabulous success! We made Southern Buttermilk Biscuits, Chocolate Gravy and Sausage Gravy.

Tennessee Premium Beef, we are your local butcher, farmer, and processor. We own the farm, the cows, the USDA slaughterhouse/processing plant, we are the butcher! We also have homemade ice cream, farm fresh eggs, Amish milk, steaks, ground beef & chuck, chicken breast, pork sausage and more! Covington butcher shop located at 597 Clowes Rd. Covington.
