Nod Norkus Home Mortgage - nmls#1524181 Nod Norkus is an independent licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, serving NC and CO. Now I'm kicking myself for not buying a place the moment I landed in 2012.

When I moved to Colorado to start a small business, I naively told myself, I'd just have to rent. I never sought any real professional advice and chances are if I'd talked to your average mortgage lender they'd never help me with the steps needed to get approved as a business owner. I've lived a fun life with a diversity of life experiences, but becoming a mortgage broker has been the best way I can help people get ahead in life and avoid the same mistakes I did as a young business owner and family man. I've now expanded my MLO license to serve my home state of North Carolina, which allows me to serve both my adopted state of CO and my hometown state of NC. This bio is just an introduction, so let's have a beer or coffee and talk about what you want to achieve in life. If I can't get you approved, we'll develop a plan that will help get you closer to your goals. You gotta live somewhere, you might as well leverage that space to help make life easier. When I'm not working or spending time with family, you can find me playing drums, working out, hiking, or getting family and friends together. Thank you to all the vets out there. I realize there isn’t enough support for you guys when you get back and the traumas of war are carried with you for life. Thank you for your sacrifice. And thank you to all the blue and gold star families for your sacrifice. In a perfect world we wouldn’t need your sacrifice, but you know first hand this isn’t a perfect world and we need you now just as much as we needed you when my grandfather fought in the Pacific War/WWII.
