A huge Congratulations to both Jeff and Missy on their new home! We made it to the finish line no problem. Signed, Sealed and Delivered.

I wanted to make a note that having a Mortgage Broker by your side, especially on specific situations or scenarios, is extremely important. Jeff and Missy had a very specific scenario to overcome, which they discovered very quickly, that not every lender had the guidelines that would support the scenario. We were able to find them a solution within my network of lenders, that did have the flexibility and that did say "Yes!"
