He will always ask for permission to run any type of credit checks before he does it. That’s one think I liked. He asked before doing. Most people don’t. He listens to you and never talks over you. He gives great suggestions. Secondly, he is on top of everything. When I called him it’s like we was reading each others mind cause he was about to call me about something I was inquiring about. Third, he is ALWAYS AVAILABLE to answer any questions you might have about any and everything that deal with your loan. I never had any issues with texting him or calling him to ask the most silly questions but they were important. He told me no question is dumb. I agree. Four, he will be by your side every step of the way and never leaving you alone to second guessing yourself if you have the right loan officer to do the job. Fifth, Mr. Watson is wonderful gentleman to work with to be really honest. My son brought a home but I told him that I’d be the contact person for everything and I do mean everything, from bank documents to W-2’s. I was able to get him everything he needed in no time to get the process moving.
I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family when they are looking for a mortgage loan officer. Thank you Mr. Watson for helping me and my son through this whole process and never giving up on us. Even now, we have closed on our home and I can still rely on him to answer questions or concerns I may have. Thanks Chris for all your help. We family now.
