Here I am with New and improved Policies. I don't like having them, but I need them to protect my customer and myself as well from wh
atever situation that could arise. Usually if you are booking a separate photo shoot that is NOT an event that I haven't coordinated or something like a reunion party, wedding, etc. I take payment the day of the photo shoot. I require that all event (Birthday Parties, Engagement, Reunions, Parties, Holiday Events, Dinners, Weddings, etc...) be paid off 2 weeks before the event date! If you are writing a check or money order please make it payable to Brenner Comas NOT Brenner Comas Photography. If you pay me personal check and it for any reason doesn't go through, you will be responsible for ALL costs that I am out. The price of your package, and all of the fees from the bank. Plus a return check fee of $50 for my time. DEPOSIT - BOOKING FEE
Event Shoots - ( Birthday Parties, Reunions, Parties, Holiday Events, Dinners) - These deposits are usually half the total cost of the full total of the session. Deposits for these shoots are NOT refundable under any condition. General Shoots - (Family, Pin Up, Glam, Fashion, Senior, Portrait) - If you have paid a deposit and for any reason need to reschedule let me know ONE WEEK before your session to allow me ample time to have a chance at re-booking and receive your deposit back or reschedule your session. If you notify me late you will not get your deposit in return. Wedding Shoots - Weddings are both Contract and Deposit based. The deposit for weddings is 50% the package price and due at signing of contract. If there is travel/location change fees those will be figured into the balance. The balance is due NO LATER than 2 weeks before the wedding.
