Since we had no idea what we were doing, Scott provided us with a specific list of what we needed to submit to them, a timeline of how long the process should take, and constant friendly follow up on any outstanding items we forgot to send or additional information they needed. They would provide updates throughout the short process on how everything was going, and they tailored the loan to the current needs we had. Scott and his team provided us with multiple different options on the loans that were available to us, which helped us tremendously. Getting a tailor loan allowed us to buy a house that needed a little bit of work, so we were able to put some of the extra money we saved on our loan into the house. Once we officially got our house, Scott followed up on how everything was going after we moved in. The service we received was absolutely perfect, and I could not be happier with how everything turned out.
