Between meetings, deadlines, schedules, and all the things that come with mom life… it’s easy to rush right past the little moments.

Then there’s this girl, stopping to catch a frog. 🐸😂

A good reminder that not everything needs to be productive. Sometimes you just need to stop, get a little dirty, laugh, and enjoy what’s right in front of you.

The emails can wait. These moments don’t.

When you’re deployed, every part of your pay matters.

Take a few minutes to review your Leave and Earnings Statement (LES) so you fully understand what your combat pay includes and how it adds up.

MUDANE MONDAY… BUT MAKE IT FINANCIAL
You know what’s not exciting?
Doing the same thing over and over again.
But you know what can be powerful?
Consistency.

One investment approach some investors consider is Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA)
Instead of trying to guess the “perfect” day to invest, you invest a set amount at regular intervals—whether the market is up, down, or somewhere in between.
📆 Monday
📍 Invest
📆 Next Monday
📍 Invest again
📆 Repeat.

Some days you’ll buy when prices are higher. Other days, you’ll buy when prices are lower. Over time, this approach may help investors maintain a disciplined investing habit without focusing on short-term market movements.

Because sometimes the most ‘mundane’ financial habits can help investors stay focused on their long-term goals.
✨ Boring. Consistent. Intentional.

Averaging

What's the difference between having a financial plan and navigating financial decisions on your own?

Research has found that individuals who work with a financial professional are often more likely to:

✔️ Save consistently
✔️ Contribute regularly toward retirement goals
✔️ Maintain a long-term financial plan
✔️ Feel prepared for retirement
✔️ Use strategies designed to help manage financial risks

✨Having a plan and staying committed to it can play an important role in working toward long-term financial goals.

💡 Your future deserves a strategy, not a guess.

My family and I on vacation in Puerto Rico hiking in El Yunque National Forest. What I love most is how my kiddos never once complained. It was hours before we were done, and they pushed through any fear, or uncomfortable moments.

So remember;

The pain won’t last forever. The hard season won’t last forever. And the moments that make you question whether you can keep going? They won’t last forever either.

What matters is what you do while you’re in it.
Resilience is choosing to keep moving.
Grit is refusing to quit.
Strength is pushing through when you don’t feel strong.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to take the next step.

Keep going. One day, you’ll look back and realize the very thing you thought would break you helped build you. 🤍
