About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team on-site in Boca Raton, FL. This role focuses on inside sales, lead generation, business development, and strategic outreach to identify and engage potential clients. You’ll play a pivotal role in our sales pipeline by connecting with decision-makers and introducing them to BSB’s market-leading solutions.

What You’ll Do
🔹 Prospect & Qualify Leads – Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
🔹 Outbound Sales – Conduct high-volume outreach to generate interest and schedule meetings for the sales team.
🔹 Build Relationships – Understand prospects’ challenges and position BSB’s solutions in a compelling way.
🔹 Collaborate with Sales & Marketing – Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging, improve targeting, and optimize conversion rates.
🔹 CRM Management – Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress in HubSpot (or CRM of choice).

What We’re Looking For
✅ Self-Starter & Go-Getter – You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.
✅ Excellent Communicator – Strong verbal and written skills to engage and persuade decision-makers.
✅ Resilient & Adaptable – You handle objections well and continuously refine your approach.
✅ Tech-Savvy – Experience with CRMs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools is a plus.
✅ Results-Driven – Passion for sales, prospecting, and exceeding targets.
✅ Experience in HR, Benefits, or PEO industry is a plus but not required.

BSB Consultants is an Employee Benefits & Risk Management Firm located in Boca Raton, FL. We prioritize the wellbeing & happiness of our clients and their employees. Role Description
This is a part-time on-site position in BOCA RATON, FL (please no remote applications). The role is for a Sales Account Executive at BSB Consultants. The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for lead generation, communication, relationship building. From time to time, it is a requirement to attend events during the day or events that could fall after standard work ours and you will be compensated for your time.

The role involves COLD calling (you must be comfortable on the phone), using LinkedIn for research, Email, Salesforce to track and log progress. You will be responsible for booking new meetings with potential prospects/new clients.

Training will be available to learn as this is an entry level position.

Qualifications
Lead Generation and Account Management skills.
Excellent communication skills
knowledgeable with Outlook
Ability to build and maintain relationships.
Skills in customer service
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excel would be a + however not needed.
