About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team on-site in Boca Raton, FL. This role focuses on inside sales, lead generation, business development, and strategic outreach to identify and engage potential clients. You’ll play a pivotal role in our sales pipeline by connecting with decision-makers and introducing them to BSB’s market-leading solutions.

What You’ll Do
🔹 Prospect & Qualify Leads – Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
🔹 Outbound Sales – Conduct high-volume outreach to generate interest and schedule meetings for the sales team.
🔹 Build Relationships – Understand prospects’ challenges and position BSB’s solutions in a compelling way.
🔹 Collaborate with Sales & Marketing – Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging, improve targeting, and optimize conversion rates.
🔹 CRM Management – Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress in HubSpot (or CRM of choice).

✅ Experience in HR, Benefits, or PEO industry is a plus but not required.
