Here are some highlights from the last couple of days. Today is finally here, Jackie's official last day! Stop down to wish her well, thank her for her help over the years or to have a piece of cake with her! We will definitely miss her and appreciate all of the time and contributions she has made to CLNB over the years!

This week we are wishing Jackie Dmytrenko a happy retirement!

Jackie has been working for the bank for 44 years, working in all departments from internal audit and compliance, before eventually being the bank's EVP of Operations. She has been a wonderful employee and an amazing member of the community through her community service over the years.

Thursday June 4th will be Jackie's final day and the bank will have cake and drinks for customers to help us wish Jackie off with a smile! Please feel free to come down and help us send her off in her next adventure!

Cayuga Lake National Bank team members spent yesterday afternoon building a ramp for a Sempronius homeowner with mobility issues.
The volunteer effort was to support ARISE - Exceptional Family Resources. The organization partners with people with disabilities to advance independence and remove barriers, through advocacy and services - so that every person has the freedom to pursue the life they choose.
Team CLNB supports this mission by volunteering to help build ramps. Last year, the team assisted Scott Pecoy, Housing Advocate and Ramp Coordinator with ARISE/EFR, in building his 500th ramp.
The first ramp project CLNB volunteered on was in October 2024. It was for a man who was born with cerebral palsy. He was in a motorized wheelchair and his ramp was broken. Unfortunately, he had even fallen off of it.
Since then, CLNB has participated in multiple ramp builds and plans to do more!

It's a new month - and it's FRIDAY! ! And that means we're "Casual for a Cause!" Each time a CLNB team member wears jeans on Fridays in May, they'll be donating to a worthy, not-for-profit.
This month's charity is the Greater Cayuga SPCA - formerly known as the Finger Lakes SPCA of CNY. It was chosen by Duke Connors, animal lover and Business Banking Officer in our Union Springs branch.🐶🐱❤️
The not-for-profit, established in 1896, is located on York Street in Auburn. It is a no-kill shelter focused on animal rescue, rehab and adoption. The shelter, which just underwent a major renovation to update the very outdated facility, averages about 300 adoptions a year and performs more than 1,100 spay/neuter surgeries annually. They also sponsor rabies clinics, and distributed food to families needing help to feed their fur babies.
