Union City, we’re with you.

After yesterday’s tornado, our town is hurting, helping, and coming together in the way only this community can.

Broadway Grille has set up a Pay‑It‑Forward Board — a simple way for neighbors to support neighbors. In true Union City fashion, before even finishing our board we received a donation on top of what we started it with.

If you need a little help right now, please take a tag. No questions, no judgment.

If you’re in a position to help someone else, you’re welcome to add a tag to the board.

We’re also open if you need a warm place to sit, charge your phone, regroup, or just take a breath. (We do not have Wi-Fi currently, and our phones are down, but will update when things change)

Any questions you have please contact us here, I am doing my best to stay on top of notifications here.

The high school is serving as the main shelter and donation center, and we’re here to support everyone heading there or coming from there.

Union City is strong because we take care of each other.

Let’s keep showing up for one another in every small, meaningful way we can.

Congratulations to the 2025 Union City Citizens of the Year!

Village President James Hurley (pictured far left) presented this year’s awards to Stacy Guertler, Kyle Miller, and Chris Katz (pictured left to right) during the annual Farm to Fork celebration.

Each of these outstanding community members has made tremendous contributions to Union City, and we are grateful for their dedication and service. Be sure to check out our earlier post for a full write-up on each honoree.
