September 15 is a double deadline. It is the final extension deadline for S-Corporation Form 1120-S and Partnership Form 1065, and it is also the due date for Q3 Estimated Taxes Form 1040-ES and 1120-W.
That means you must file your corporate return AND pay your Q3 estimated on the same day. If you only do one, you still get penalties.
At My Financial Solutions USA, headquartered at 733 32nd St, Union City, NJ 07087, USA, we help business owners in Union City, NJ, New York City and all 50 states virtually to file both correctly and pay smart. We prepare corporate financials and calculate Q3 estimates, including for ITIN holders who own businesses.
With 14 days left, you have two deadlines on one date.
