Job description
-Manage renewals according to our agency procedures
-You will service accounts, including issuing certificates, auto id cards, processing endorsements, audits and other insurance needs
-Promptly respond to customer's requests and needs
-Quote new business and existing business

At our agency we provide competitive pay, paid time off, health insurance and 401k. Pay rate is dependent on experience.

- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Direct customers to appropriate agency personnel, voicemail, or take messages
- Greets clients when they arrive in the office and direct them to the office of who they are visiting
- Help process incoming/outgoing emails for the agency
-Take customer payments
-Must have good organization skills

hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Starting pay $20 per hour with a lot of room to grow.

Mark Davis Insurance Agency is seeking FULL TIME insurance customer service representatives! The perfect candidate will posses a valid California Department of Insurance Property and Casualty license and 3 years of insurance industry experience to work in our very busy Ukiah office. Candidates NOT already licensed WILL BE considered, however you must be able to obtain your insurance license within 6 months (Licensing assistance will be provided).

Qualifications include:

High school diploma or GED
Excellent customer service
Excellent phone and email skills
Ability to multi task
Ability to read, write and follow instructions
Ability to work in a very fast paced and demanding environment
