There’s nothing better than helping someone get into their new home, and it means even more when I have the opportunity to help a fellow Veteran use their VA Home Loan benefit.

If you’re thinking about buying a home—or just have questions about VA, FHA, USDA, Conventional, or other financing options—I’m always happy to help.

Keeping Mortgage Simple

PRE-QUALIFY vs. PRE-APPROVED

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?

PRE-QUALIFICATION

An initial estimate of what you may be able to afford based on the financial information you provide.

PRE-APPROVAL

A more detailed review of your income, assets, credit, and other financial information to determine how much you may qualify to borrow.

REMEMBER:

Getting pre-approved doesn’t mean you have to buy a house tomorrow. It simply helps you understand where you stand and plan your next steps.

Thinking about buying now or sometime down the road? Let’s put together a game plan.

Think you need a big down payment to buy a home? Think again!

A USDA Home Loan could be one of the best financing options available if you're purchasing in an eligible area.

- No down payment - Competitive fixed interest rates -

If you've been waiting because you thought you needed 10% or 20% down, let's see if a USDA loan is an option for you.

Send me a message, and I'll be happy to check your eligibility and answer your questions.
