What is H.O.P.E. ? Helping Other People Everyday is a company mission that has given our company a culture. When I first came to work for the company back in 2012, the company was very small, but was on the verge of growing quickly. I was attracted to the company because there was a mission and a culture. There was a dedicated focus on providing innovative options to the consumer and allow them to deal directly with agents. Health Coverage options have changed over the last 7 years, however at USHEALTH Advisors the mission of HOPE has never changed.

The biggest challenge is educating the people in our market sector on how coverage benefits work. Making sure they understand what a deductible is and how it works, what a co-pay is and when it applies to a doctors or hospital visit. There is so much misinformation in the market place and so many people are confused. One of the biggest joys of working here at USHEALTH Advisors is knowing that I am helping people understand what the coverage is and how it works for them. I also enjoy when they call and may have questions, knowing that I was able to serve them and be of assistance.

There are a lot of companies out in the market place. However, I would always advise working with agents that know and understand all options. We spend many hours training our reps to ensure they understand all market conditions and ensure that anytime we place and application for a client, the coverage that is being applied for is a sound option for them based on their individual needs.
