A consumer was sued by Midland Credit recently! 🤔

But Guess what?

We took her on as a client 1/30/24 and was able to get the case dismissed Feb 9th 2024!

Ignoring a lawsuit seems to be the norm! Sad but true.

Short story…
I spoke with an Atty over a years ago and 70 East Texans were sued but only 4 showed up to court!
& only 1 had a good legal defenses and won!

That means 66 individuals received an automatic judgement by default for failure to appear in court!

If you get sued by a debt collector or a creditor please do not ignore! Get professional help.

Crazy thing is… Most people don’t realize how easy it is to get these type lawsuits reversed. Below is just one example!

Today is a beautiful day and the start to a new week is here!

We now have some more advanced tools available to help take care of other serious issues on your credit! ✅👌We now can go after charge off debts and many other issues with the FCRA!

As most of your know we have been using the FDCPA since 2016 to go directly after the collection companies.

The great thing about the FDCPA is that once a collection account is removed from your credit report(s) the debt is also waived! Which means they can’t place it back on your credit and you can’t be sued for that alleged debt.

This was my part for helping 4 clients! I’ve been using these tactics since 2016 but I’ve learned many more tricks of the trade. We don”t lose!

What did the clients of mine receive? Good question!

- The collection was deleted from their credit reports.
- The debt was waived. It can not be sold again nor reppear on the clients credit reports. Plus my clients can’t be sued for these debts ever!
- Plus the recieved 20%-40% of the settlement checks as well!
