I started my career in banking in 2006 and felt at home right away serving clients. My first role was Bank Teller and within 5 years, I earned the role of Branch Manager. Working full-time, I funded my college tuition and completed my undergraduate degree in Business Management at Texas A&M University - Commerce. While studying, I was able to apply real-life scenarios and enjoyed immediate results
at work from what I learned in the classroom. After managing multiple teams for 8 years, I decided to make a switch to mortgage lending within my world of banking and finance. The passion I have for people makes it even more exciting to help someone buy their first, second or forever home. I am very fortunate to have found a way to positively impact my clients every day. Being a mortgage advisor combines two of my favorite things: solving puzzles and working with people. Preparing a mortgage is like a puzzle. You have a ton of pieces that all make up a big picture and every homebuyer has a different image of what their homeownership journey looks like. Some people have families. Some are self-employed. Some need assistance with their down payments and other may have never considered what homeownership really takes.
