The team at guild did a great job of communicating which I believe is probably the most important thing a mortgage company can do then they above and beyond to make sure things were understood. The time in closing was also incredible and really surprising in a good way.
I really appreciate everything they did for me in purchasing my home.

The Owen Group at Guild Mortgage Company includes Debbie Owen, Angie Wray, Lupe Castaneda and Dori Owen. As a Guild Mortgage Loan Officer, Debbie is committed to helping her clients understand their options for real estate financing and assisting them to make solid home loan decisions that meet their needs. She does strive to serve her clients home financing needs for many years, her goal is to be your "lender for life". Debbie and The Owen Group, are committed to educating clients on their financing choices and providing an optimum level of service. They offer a wide range of residential mortgage products, with in-house underwriting and funding, which provide consistency and speed throughout the loan process. She also specializes in helping active duty and retired military personnel to secure VA loans, which provide 100 percent financing and flexible qualifying standards.

Debbie began working in the mortgage industry over 25 years ago and has built her business based on referrals from day one. When she's not working on mortgages, you can most likely find her with her family or friends. She has a love for wine and shoes, she has never encountered a bottle of wine or pair of shoes she doesn't love. She also enjoys traveling to any sunny beach to relax and unwind.
