𝕭𝖗𝖎𝖙𝖙𝖓𝖞 and I have known each other since we were kids, growing up together in the Cherry Hood apartments, back when our moms were best friends and we were all more like family than friends. Life has taken us in a million different directions since then, so getting to be a small part of this chapter for her feels incredibly full circle 🖤

When she messaged me and asked, “Is it possible to buy a house in two months, or am I crazy?!” I told her it was possible… and 41 days later, she, Travis and their little family are HOMEOWNERS. 🏡🔑

Brittny, I am beyond proud of you. Watching you build this life and this home for your family means more to me than I could ever put into a closing post. You deserve this moment, and I’m so grateful you trusted me to help you get here. I know our moms would be so proud to see us now. 🥹💛

And a huge thank you to Brenda Funk for taking such incredible care of them throughout this process. You truly led and loved on this family like a mother would, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help them find the place they get to call home. From the first showing to closing day, you were exactly who they needed in their corner. 🖤

So very unsure how I let a week pass without posting this!! Congratulations and on the purchase of your very first home!! It has been so fun watching Kyler grow into such a wonderful husband and father and getting to be there through this step in his life. Preslee has been an absolute treasure to get to know through the process as well! Of course none of it was possible without Kattie Steele guiding them through the building process! Congratulations you two! Can’t wait to celebrate when you’re all moved in and the dust settles! 🥳👏🏼🏡

Breka and I have been working together for over 2 years. This closing was one we worked for, waited for, and absolutely celebrated when it finally happened! She is one of those people who is always taking care of everyone else, always carrying more than most people see, and still somehow shows up with a smile and keeps going.

Getting her into a home with space, freedom, and room for all the things and people she loves was really special to be a part of 🫶🏼

There is something truly special about closings like this 💙

Less than a year ago, I helped Aaliayah’s sweet parents purchase their first home, and Randi and David quickly became some of my favorite people! So when their daughter was ready to buy a home of her own, Randi sent her right back to me 🥰
