Apologies to anyone attempting to reach our office by phone! I have spent several hours with Sparklight technicians both yesterday and again today regarding the “full mailbox” message. I am beyond frustrated and they know that. Sadly, that isn’t helping clients leave messages because the “mailbox is full”. I’ve learned that my phone system is storing deleted messages which is causing this problem, however they (Sparklight) don’t have a way to resolve this! Please contact me by email if you can’t get through by phone. I am seeing 10-15 clients daily and not always available to answer the phone during the day. Huge apologies. I’m hoping Sparklight can resolve this issue! 😡😭

Feeling overwhelmed by your mailbox lately? You aren't alone! 📬
Man 1: "I can’t even see my kitchen table anymore. It's buried under 'urgent' Medicare notices, bright red letters, and endless flyers!"
Man 2: "Every single day it’s a new envelope telling me my plan is changing. Half of them look like official government documents, but they're just ads."
Man 3: "I made the mistake of calling one of those 1-800 numbers on TV, and now my phone won't stop ringing. I don't know what's real and what's junk."
Man 4: (Shuffling the cards with a smile) "You guys are stressing for nothing. I’m ignoring all of it. I'm just going to sit down and talk with my insurance agent, Cricket. She knows my health needs, she knows Idaho, and she’ll tell it to me straight."
