We remain committed to supporting our customers during this crisis:
Our Farmers Catastrophe Response Team, with specially trained members, has been deployed and is actively assisting customers in affected areas.
Weโve deployed a state-of-the-art Mobile Claims Center (MCC) to provide in-person claims assistance in Los Angeles County.
Beginning on Friday, January 10, impacted customers can visit the Farmers Mobile Claims Center relief site in Burbank for in-person claims assistance.

California FAIR Plan customers should contact the California FAIR Plan to file a claim (see below).
California FAIR Plan Information:
Customers can file a claim online at the https://www.cfpnet.com/claims/ or by calling 800-339-4099. To file a claim online, customers will need their policy number and property location ZIP Code.
Once a claim is received, an examiner will contact the policyholder directly, typically within one business day. However, during catastrophic events, response times may be longer due to increased claim volumes.
