Earlier this week I posted a juvenile Heron at Doheny State Beach. TBT to this adult Grey Heron at the Bolsa Chica wetlands by a water inlet looking for an easy lunch…lol.

I’ve been surfing at Doheny Beach for a long time now. This year at the main walking entrance to the beach is a big tree that the juvenile Herons have adopted for roosting. Sometimes a few. Sometimes there seem to be 50 in there…

After a surf session at Doheny State Beach I saw this come out of the harbor for a spin.
“Spirit of Dana Point Restoration Project
