Thanks for celebrating International Credit Union Day with us! We loved getting to see you all, and hope you enjoyed some treats from us – including some from around the world!

Celebrated on the third Thursday of October every year since 1946, International Credit Union Day recognizes the hard work of credit union team members, and reflects upon the global credit union movement and its achievements.

This year’s theme is “A Steady Signal in a Noisy World” because in a world full of uncertainty and change, credit unions remain a steady signal: rooted in trust and dedicated to helping our members. Over 400 million people are members of a credit union, meaning 400 million people across the world are part of not-for-profit member-operated institutions that are passionate about helping their members.

Our Five Points Branch and ITM are temporarily closed due to building damage. The building is secure, and the safety of our members and employees remains our top priority.

If you have a safe deposit box at this location, we will contact you on Tuesday with additional details and information regarding future access.

In the meantime, you can visit another Alabama Credit Union branch or access your accounts through Online or Mobile Banking.
