MYTH: "It's too late for me to start planning for my future."
REALITY: It's never too late to start - you just have to start!
I was recently catching up with someone I used to work with who's now getting close to retirement. One thing she shared really stuck with me...
She said she wished she had started saving and getting organized financially much earlier in her career. Like a lot of people, she didn't fully understand how everything worked until later on.
But here's what's POWERFUL - she still made it happen.
Once she got clarity and became intentional, she put in the work, stayed consistent, and now she's in a position where she can truly enjoy her retirement and the life she's built.
It was a reminder for me that while starting earlier can make a big difference, the most important step is simply deciding to begin.
If you're just starting your career, you have an incredible opportunity to get ahead and avoid a lot of stress down the road.
And if you feel like you're "behind," you're not out. You just need a plan and consistency.
