🔥🤎✊🏽 QUEEN TINGZ..Today I came across a letter of recommendation that was written for me last year during my work with the Abantu Coalition and the African Union 6th region.
Reading it reminded me of something important:
Sometimes we become so focused on what we haven’t accomplished yet that we forget how far we’ve already come.
There have been people throughout my journey who saw leadership in me before I fully saw it in myself. People who recognized my commitment to community empowerment,economic development, and creating opportunities for others.
When challenges arise,it’s easy to question your path. It’s easy to wonder if you’re qualified,prepared, or capable.
But every now and then,life hands you a reminder.
A reminder that your work matters.
A reminder that your voice matters.
A reminder that your purpose didn’t begin today,and it won’t end here.
As I continue building Replenish Financial, developing the Abantu Coalition, and stepping into new opportunities, I’m choosing to honor every step of the journey; even the ones that felt small at the time.
Never forget the evidence of your growth.
Never forget the doors you’ve already opened.
And never let a temporary season make you question a permanent calling.
