I’m happy to announce I have partnered with Woodmen Life. My last 10 years have been Home; Property, Auto, and commercial insurance. I’m ready to get back to providing life insurance along with property and casualty! My first 12 years as an agent I was passionate about Life Insurance products. I’m ready to meet with clients by offering competitive term life, Fixed and Indexed Universal Life, whole life , Family Term protection, Medicare Supplements, safe Retirement planning and protecting your savings with Fixed and Indexed Annuities. Wanted to announce my agency will be relocating to downtown Tupelo on Nov 1, 2024. Our location will be 110 S Broadway St Tupelo, MS 38804. We will be next to Tupelo Main St Assn and Wheeler and Franks Law Office. We wll be sharing space with Brandy Schulz with Bank of England Mortgage office. We are looking forward to working with M & N Properties.We will remain at our current spot at 1600 W Main St through the month of October. We want to thank Mrs Robyn for being our property mgr the last nearly 10 years. Looking forward to a fresh start Downtown and continuing to serve our clients in MS and AL.

For my clients that have coverage with State Auto (Home Insurance and Auto). Liberty Mutual owns State Auto. State Auto has been one of my favorite carriers. Did you get a better rate on your home insurance? I know we all like a better rate to pay less assuming we get the same coverage or what we have is not compromised. What is your deductible for a loss? Is it $1000, $2500. Or is the new company got you a percentage...1% 2%. Is it just for wind and hail? Do you know? Are you sure?. Is your home worth insuring at $300K due to inflation and high building material cost and sky rocketing home values?
That $400 in savings or $36 from your escrowed mortgage payment with a 1 percent may cost you. You have a loss. Your out of pocket is around $3000. You need to check. Better yet let me check. If your home is over $450K for your dwelling coverage then your out of pocket is over $4500 to get going on the roof damage!

Glad to be in May and experience warmer weather. It also means we are wide open! We are shopping insurance for home buyers, investment property buyers, shopping customers new rates with their existing coverage... new cars, teenagers starting to drive, as well as boats, motor home, motor cycles. We are just as excited to do our work as Santa's helpers at the north pole during the Holliday Season! We are honored and proud to help people with their Insurance and serve them as their agent.

Client got their renewal on their Auto policy: As an independent agent I write with more then one carrier. I was asked “can I get a better rate with another company for the same coverage?” Let me see.......her renewal was around $1200. I got her another quote for $950. It’s a good time to let me see what I can do for you.
