5.0 star review received on Experience.com for James Nesbit by Amy P - It was such a pleasure working with James on one of my recent listings! The entire transaction was incredibly smooth, efficient, and well communicated from start to finish. As the listing agent, I truly appreciate a lender who stays on top of timelines, communicates clearly, and keeps everyone moving toward a successful closing. Everything was handled seamlessly, and we could have closed in roughly two weeks if needed—that’s how efficient the process was! I would absolutely recommend James and look forward to working with him again in the future.

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for James Nesbit by Kristine R - Thank you James for always taking such wonderful care of my clients and this time with a first time home buyer. Being from the Seattle area, my clients considered other mortgage options for their first home lender. With my clients being a first time buyer, I wanted to be assured they would have a well informed first time experience as well as have a lender who would be considerate and be someone I know who goes above and beyond ~ James is so patient and willing to be there for his clients. He is prepared well in advance for closings and has documentation prepared for appraisals ~ he is just remarkable. And he proved it yet again! Absolute terrific experience for my first time buyers.
