She was incredibly responsive, always answering our calls, texts, and emails promptly, which made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Her communication was clear, consistent, and easy to understand, so we always knew exactly where things stood.
What stood out most was how hard she worked behind the scenes to make sure everything was properly lined up, from closing to escrow and every step in between. It gave us a lot of confidence knowing she was staying on top of all the details and advocating for us throughout the process.
We’re very grateful for her professionalism and dedication, and we will absolutely be working with her again for our next refinance.
