With 27+ years in the title industry, Kristy brings an incredible level of experience, leadership, and care to every transaction she touches. From residential closings to investor deals, new construction, REOs, refinances, and beyond — she’s truly seen it all.

What we love most? Her relationship-first approach and passion for creating smooth, stress-free closings for clients and partners alike.

Outside the office, Kristy enjoys painting, live music, hiking with her Bordeaux Mastiff Samson 🐾, and spending time with family, friends, and grandbabies.
