As mentioned before, Humana and AARP UnitedHealthcare have been removed from my broker tool, which means I can no longer quote or submit applications for them. Those have to be done directly through Medicare.gov, Humana.com, or UHC’s website.

I’ve been able to complete plans for those I already had in progress, but as of this past weekend, that access has been shut down. It’s frustrating, to say the least.

If you’re a senior who hasn’t had your drug plan reviewed yet, you’ll need to create an account on Medicare.gov and enter your medications there. I’m still doing everything I can to help — they’re just not making it easy right now.

I had a truly valuable opportunity with Community Care this week. They brought together several brokers from our area for a day at their corporate headquarters to give us an inside look at what they offer our clients.
I sincerely appreciate the time and effort their team put into providing such a comprehensive and insightful overview. Gaining an in-depth understanding of each major division was not only educational but also reaffirmed my confidence in Community Care as a top-tier Medicare Advantage carrier.
This experience supports my continued growth as a broker, and I’m especially grateful that Community Care recognizes the value of the work we do. I'm excited about the ways we can continue growing stronger together.

This day holds special meaning for me personally. I honor my father and brother, both of whom served with courage and integrity. Their commitment to something greater than themselves is a legacy I will always carry in my heart.

To all veterans, active-duty service members, and especially to my clients who have worn the uniform—thank you. Your service and sacrifice are the reason we enjoy the liberties we sometimes take for granted.

Let us never forget that freedom isn't free. Today, we remember. We honor. And we give thanks.
