As mentioned before, Humana and AARP UnitedHealthcare have been removed from my broker tool, which means I can no longer quote or submit applications for them. Those have to be done directly through Medicare.gov, Humana.com, or UHC’s website.
I’ve been able to complete plans for those I already had in progress, but as of this past weekend, that access has been shut down. It’s frustrating, to say the least.
If you’re a senior who hasn’t had your drug plan reviewed yet, you’ll need to create an account on Medicare.gov and enter your medications there. I’m still doing everything I can to help — they’re just not making it easy right now.
