**Overview:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Manage client communications and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Maintain organized records and files for client accounts.
- Support agents with the preparation of documents and reports.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Perform data entry and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Other duties as assigned to support the agency.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- No prior experience in insurance necessary; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must obtain a property and casualty license within 12 months of hire date.
