My experience during our transaction was refreshingly pleasant. I very much appreciated the calls throughout the process, to update me on the details that needed attention. We had some details, i.e, deficient appraisal, non-responsive seller…Jeremy did an excellent job of handling the micro details required, so did Sarah, who also kept all involved informed as well as securing needed documents and/or information—big shout out to Jeremy, Sarah, and U.S. Mortgage.
