"Courage" is a heartfelt, family-friendly film about an urban Indigenous boy who reconnects with his culture through hoop dancing. Set in 2000s Los Angeles, his journey mirrors "The Karate Kid," with Uncle Terry as his mentor. This film celebrates cultural resilience and modern-day Indigenous life.

Our team had a great time and learned so much at ! Everyone we talked to had a common goal in mind: to get more knowledge and resources into the hands of tribal citizens. It was inspiring to see so many Native folks come together to share ideas, learn about each others' work, and enjoy being in one place together.
