Quick brag on one of my lending partners, United Wholesale Mortgage. Client was about 2 weeks away from closing when their previous lender started dropping the ball, and it was obvious they were not going to be closing on time. They needed a solution and they needed it fast. Submitted the loan and all of their documents to UWM, and they CTC'd the file in 8 days (even with an appraisal gap and having to transfer the appraisal)! My background in tax accounting gives me a unique perspective to use while advising clients through one of life's milestone moments. A little bit about me. I was born in Tulsa and and lived there until I moved to Stillwater to go to Oklahoma State.
