Oklahoma isn’t just where I work—it’s home.
I was born in Oklahoma City and raised right here in our state, graduating from Perry High School in 1995.
In 1997, I chose to be part of something greater than myself and enlisted in the U.S. Air Force.
I served from 1997–2004, working on AC-130U “Spooky” gunships at Hurlburt Field and later the E-3 AWACS at Tinker AFB, supporting Operation Noble Eagle after 9/11.
I completed my service as a Staff Sergeant (E-5), earning the National Defense Service Medal.
Those years shaped me into someone who is focused, detail-oriented, and committed to taking care of others.
After my military service, I earned my degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and continued serving—first as a teacher, then helping veterans find employment, and later assisting disabled veterans with their benefits at the VA.
I proudly served for over two decades before retiring from public service in 2024.

Those values didn’t end—they followed me into my next chapter.
