The drive across counties — even when I know I won’t make a dime — just to help someone who needs it.
Every plan I help set up is fully personalized — based on age, zip code, health needs, budget, prescriptions, and more. I walk each person through focused questions, funneling the sea of options down to just the right ones — no bias, no pressure, just what’s truly best for them.
One moment that will always stay with me:
I once drove hours out of my way to help a senior who had been fraudulently scammed out of thousands of dollars.— I knew I couldn’t ignore it. After digging in, I was able to identify the issue and help him receive a full refund from the insurance company. No one would’ve known if I didn’t go — but I would’ve known.
I also take time to pray over my business daily — for wisdom, for integrity, and for every single person I get to serve. And when I hear that one of my members is facing something heavy, I pray for them too. Because this job isn’t just about insurance — it’s about people.
