Everyone's Federal Credit Union Everyone's Federal Credit Union FKA SP Railway Employees Federal Credit Union was established in 1954.

We are currently serving the financial needs of Quay, Guadalupe, and Union Counties with checking accounts, auto loans, member business loans and more. Everyone's Federal Credit Union operates three full service branches. Our Main Office is located in Tucumcari, with our other branch locations in Santa Rosa and Vaughn.

More good news!! Just received word that our online and mobile app are back up!

Our staff have finished processing over 90% of all the transactions at all of our branch locations from 9/15 through 9/18. This includes direct deposits that were received during this time period. Bill pay items that were processed through the online banking app are still not showing at this time. We have contacted Sharetec regarding this issue. We also have a call in to have them in order to bring up our online banking.

At this time,most debit cards should be working, but there may be some intermittent issues while items continue to work through the system.

Overdraft that were shown as charged during the down period have also been credited back to members accounts.

Great news!! We have received validation and we have began processing transactions from the 15th. We will be completing these in date order sequence. We have also contacted Sharetec regarding having online banking brought back online. I am awaiting a call back on that. Hoping it will also be back today sometime, but we won’t know for sure until I receive word from them.

Please be aware that there still may be intermittent issues with debit card transactions during this time.

Latest update received. We have been informed that only forty credit unions remain in the queue for getting the core systems up and running. Unfortunately, it appears that we are one of these forty as we haven’t been contacted as of yet. Once contacted we will have to validate system. We are unsure of the length of time this will take. We will keep you updated on status.

Here is the latest update. They continue to progress to getting all credit union cores back online. The goal is to have all credit unions back online by midnight tonight. This is only the core system, the online banking will be back online sometime following. If we are able to get the core system back up, items can begin to post to your accounts, and staff will work diligently to process transactions as soon as possible. If I hear something sooner, I will post another update. Thank you for your support and we continue to do our best to help our members.

Not much has changed since previous post. We are still awaiting call to bring system back up. We continue to work with members and cashing their payroll checks and updating debit card availability and will continue to do so. We will post again when we have more to update.

So we have finally received some encouraging news this morning. Sometime today we are to be call to validate our system is live. Once we receive that call, we will be able to start doing transactions. Until then, if you are scheduled to or were scheduled to receive direct deposit during this time please stop by branch with direct deposit stub so we can verify information and we can make sure your debit card can work until we are back up for processing. Unfortunately, we only know they will call us some time today for validation, but we don’t have an exact time. Thank you and we will keep you posted.

Just got off of the phone with our core system provider, and unfortunately, I don’t have great news at this time. They are still not providing us with a definitive timeline on when we will have our core service up and running, but said the hope was to have most credit union core services back up in the next 18 to 24 hours. Over 250 credit unions were impacted. Hopefully, it will be sooner. Please contact the branch, or send message through messenger and we can address immediate concerns/issues.

Latest update as of 10:45am is that they are making progress towards getting us back up. Unfortunately, we still don’t have a firm time set on when it will come back up. We understand your frustrations, and we continue to push for prompt resolution. We will continue to post updates as soon as we receive information.
